Payment Plans
50:50 Payment Plan
- First Payment: Within 3 months of the reservation, 50% of the sale price must be paid.
- Assured Returns: Until the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is issued, which usually takes four years, there will be a promised return of 12%.
- Final Payment: Upon getting the OC and taking possession, the remaining 50% is required.
- Post-Possession Rental: Investors will be paid a three-year lease rental at a rate of 7% following possession.
90:10 Payment Plan
- Initial Payment: Within three months after making a reservation, 90% of the entire sale price must be paid.
- Guaranteed Returns: Just like in the previous plan, a 12% guaranteed return will begin as soon as the OC is received.
- Final Payment: 10% is due and payable at the time of possession and OC.
- Lease Rental After Possession: For three years following possession, investors will also get a 7% lease rental.
